Nothing makes us happier at Interactive Automation than satisfying our customers’ residential, corporate, and marine automation needs.

“My husband and I “inherited” Interactive Automation when we bought our house almost 2 years ago, as they installed the audio visual setup in our home for the original owners. Since moving in, we have completed multiple other A/V projects with Interactive Automation. We could not be happier. Barry Newton (the owner) and his colleague Joe Warnett are the definition of outstanding customer service. They are proactive, knowledgeable and most importantly, extremely responsive (even for the occasional after hours or weekend call). We have referred several friends to them and we would not think of using any other A/V company for any future projects. They are truly outstanding on every level.”
“Professional service that exceeds expectations. Barry and Joe installed a “whole-house” entertainment system in our new home and we could not be more satisfied with the service or end-product. These guys work to understand the customer and design a system appropriate to the situation. They are creative and knowledgeable and they are genuinely interested in delivering value and quality. They strive to understand and meet the need and not to upsell services or systems. Then they deliver on their commitment in a manner that exceeds expectations. Since the initial installation we have had a few modifications and changes. Joe and Barry have been exceedingly responsive and even proactive in their follow up. This is what service and satisfaction should be. Thank you both for a job well done!”
“We undertook a full renovation/expansion of our house in 2009. We envisioned full integrated home automation and explained what we wanted to Interactive Automation. Barry and Joe delivered a seamless system resulting in an outstanding experience for our home working with us and our builder. Our Crestron-based system includes full wiring of the house, integrated multi-zone audio and video across 22 rooms, automated lighting throughout house/property, security/video surveillance and heating/air control which can all be controlled from our iPhones and iPads. Service after the sale? Barry & co have done small tweaks for last year and we are truly happy with the operation of our home! Glad we went with Interactive Automation! These guys know this industry and can deliver.”
“I’m sure you remember the work you did for us in Atlanta several years ago. As you may remember, we relocated to Seattle at the end of 2008.
For years, I have sung the praises of the work you did for us to almost anybody who would listen. I still think the job you did was innovative and practical (not often said together when talking about home automation). Although I’m not unhappy that I don’t own the [Atlanta] house, I do miss the systems that you installed.
Brings me to the current situation. We purchased a similar home in Seattle a couple years ago. The previous owner was a founder of one of the high tech firms so common here in the Pacific Northwest. It appears that they installed a “money no option” video and audio system, probably around the beginning of 2006. It also appears that they used some of the same components that you used [in Atlanta]……specifically, Crestron equipment.
The primary difference between their work and your work is that they seem to have built the most convoluted system imaginable. I find the pieces just barely work together, the controls are not particularly logical and I think the entire system is on “borrowed time.”
Do you have any contacts in the Pacific Northwest? If I sent you photos of the equipment, can you at least point me in the right direction on who to contact? Do you take summer vacations to the Pacific Northwest?
Sure wish I had a Barry Newton clone in Seattle.”
